SMS Terms & Consent

Users of The LAB App voluntarily provide their phone number when booking facility rentals, private lessons, or when being added to a team roster by an administrator.

Phone numbers are used solely to send transactional SMS notifications related to bookings, scheduling reminders, and team access.

Messages may be sent at the time of booking, 24 hours before, and 6 hours before scheduled sessions.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or reply HELP for support.
